Effects of Shikai: Causes my Zanpakuto be covered in flames and grants long range attacks by slashing the air sending blazing flames in a horizontal strike plus it causes the user to be healed by the flames twice as fast as regular healing.

Bankai: Shiro-en ryū (White Flame Dragon)

Bankai powers: Sword transforms into a White Flame Dragon breathing white flames out of it's mouth and secondly if user stabs himself instead the sword transforms him into the White Flame Dragon.

Bio: Dextro was part of the experiment of making a Shinigami and a Hollow hybrid. At first he couldn't control it at first, but in years of isolation and rigorus training he finally was able to control his hollow powers to the extent of going full hollow and controlling his own actions. He went to join  to help them control order throughout the world to keep the Hollows at bay so that then they don't enter the human world. He was recruited by Squad 13 since he had much to learn about his shinigami powers. Then as the years gone by he rose through the ranks and became a lietuenant of the squad. He went through more rigorous training so that then he can face against stronger opponents since he felt that he was always two steps behind, but no more. At the end of his training he was able to achieve one of his goals to unlock his Bankai called Shiro-en ryū.
